Glen Gilbert, Assistant US Operations Manager, HSE and Compliance

Glen serves as the Assistant US Operations Manager, HSE and Compliance of Lincoln and handles all things safety and environmental related. He comes to Lincoln with a depth of management experience in several different industries. Prior to joining Lincoln in 2015, Glen served as a Commercial Manager for ShawCor Pipeline Protection, Assistant Operations Manager with Intsel Steel Distribution, Director of Flight Scheduling for Wing Aviation Charter Services, and OTR dispatcher for Empire Trucklines. Additionally, Glen served our nation as a Team Leader in the US Army’s Special Operations Command, deploying to Afghanistan in 2005 for an extended tour. Glen also holds a Business Management Degree from the University of Phoenix.

During his down time Glen spends his time with his wife and 3 children, and enjoys hunting, fishing and competing in Competition Barbecue events.
